OmigodOmigodOmigodOMIGOD!!!! Look who's back! Hey, guys, I'm sorry I've been away for so long. There's so much to tell you all. I'm going to make it a bit short, since there's so much and I've not much time. I'll delve into detail later.
First, in April, I went to Indianapolis for Star Wars Celebration 3; some of you might have heard of it on the news or something. A couple of my mom's friends said they had and they asked my mom, since they know I love SW, "Is Ginny at the Celebration?" And Mom would smile and say "Does the Pope s**t in the woods?" :D Anyway.
Right before leaving for Indianapolis I went to get one of those Simon Gift Cards at the Barton Creek Mall (my local one); they can be used anywhere Visa credit cards are accepted and are deducted from like debit cards. Anyway I went to buy one to use it in Indianapolis and I got up to the desk at the info booth and was floored by the guy behind the counter :P..... well to make a long story short, in a matter of about two or three weeks I ended up with the guy who sold me the gift card. Yeah. :D LOL So Wayne and I have been dating for three months now, and it's seemed like the shortest three months ever! I can't believe it's been that long because that's how long Sean and I were together, only three months, and that relationshit- I mean, ship- seemed like it lasted forever.
Then last month I went to Vancouver BC for four days, after which I boarded Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas for a one week long cruise through Alaska. INCREDIBLE!!!! God, I've never had so much fun in my life. :D LOL (Will tell more later)
So Becky and I just finished watching the Phantom of the Opera, and I'm totally in love with it. Gah. XD; LoveloveloveloveLO-OVE!!!! I want to marry Gerard Butler. But anyway...... teehee.
Talk to you before 2006. Promise!

There's this sene in the newest Peter Pan movie (the one w/ Jason Isaccs and Olivia Williams) where Mrs. Darling (Olivia W.) is talking to her children about how she and her husband have these dreams that they've had to "put away in a drawer, and sometimes, late at night, we get them out and admire them. But it keeps getting harder and harder to close the drawer." Well my drawer is stuck open, and the dreams have escaped. When I was in middle school I started taking Irish Dance (aka "Riverdance") and after about a year and a half, for some frightfully retarded reason, I stopped. I still haven't figured out why. It's something I regret to this day. And now the drawer is permanently stuck open, and this dream will not go away. Tonight after dinner-- or, no, wait; I'm going now-- I'm going out and buying the soundtrack, and tomorrow I'm registering for classes (although I won't be able to start for two weeks; the class I'll be taking is on Wednesday's from six to seven pm, and for the next 2 Wednesday's I'll be busy). Classes are $50 a month, and although I won't be able to afford it 'till I come home from Indianapolis on April 24, but I don't care. I feel as if my heart will explode if I do not do this now. I watch things like Riverdance on TV and my heart just screams out for my feet to fly. I'm doing it, I'm really doing it! :D

OMG, and I almost forgot, but Mom and I also saw "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" the other day, and that was HYSTERICAL!!!!! OMG, everyone needs to see this movie. If you ever find yourself thinking, "I need to see a good comedy," see this movie.
(If you've seen this movie, you'll know what I'm talking about in this next sentence... ;D lol) And MY GOD, I am going to spend the REST OF MY LIFE looking for MY Orlando. >__< Haha.
"Psst!"
"Wha?"
"Psst! C'mere!"
"Wha??"
"I got Viagra!"
"Oh! *Grin* Well.... I got mace!"

Today Mom and I saw Mel Gibson's Passion, and it was the most painfully heartbreaking thing I've ever had to go through. I am a Unitarian, and I knew it would be hard for me to watch, and it was. I had to leave the theater and just sob for about five minutes; I almost made it through the film 'cos when I went back in there were only about ten minutes left. It was after they nailled his hands to the cross, that's when I had to leave, it was just too much. The best portrail of Satan I've ever seen was in this movie, and was coldly, beautifully and terrifyingly done by Italian actress Rosalinda Celentano (right here is a picture of her as Satan, and right here is a pic of her about a year and a half ago, as herself and with hair). Anyway, this movie was very moving and it broke my heart to watch this poor man go through what He did. And to watch His mother watch Him get the shit beaten out of him was equally painful. I've always thought, "Can you imagine what it would have been like to have gone through what Jesus did?" but never until I saw this movie did I consider His mother. Imagine, watching your little boy get beaten and spit upon while being dragged through the streets, only to be nailed to a large piece of wood and left to die. Not exactly how I'd like to spend a Friday.
Anyway. :) I need to run. Gotta look over some homework-- yes, I know it's spring break, but my school doesn't-- and then get horizontal. 'Night, all.

Weehoo, it's me again. :D Sorry. I, too, am unsure of why I'm in such a good mood, considering I got myself in a wreck on Saturday and got laid off today. Yay. Anyway! :D Had a v. nice lunch today with John, whom I don't think I've written about since Sean and I broke up (no worries, it's mutual...). Anyhow, John and I are seeing each other now; we've been really close for a few years, so it totally works. I went to pick him up from his house and we then went to eat at Magnolia Cafe, after which we went back to his place, where he gave me my birthday present (entire LOTR trilogy on DVD!!!), and then we...... watched a spot of tv....... for about a half an hour.... XD; before he had to go to work and I had to go meet some people I'm working with on another movie. (John's the manager of one of the most popular barbecue joints here in town, right across the street from where he lives.) We're gonna see each other again Thursday. But anyway!!!!!! Moving RIGHT along, now....
Watched "Willard" starring the strangely darling Crispin Glover as Willard. Gah, I really felt sorry for Willard, it was such a sad tale. (And Crispin was totally cute, too, so..... yeah. LOL)
Ok. Gotta go to bed, I'm friggin' EXHAUSTED. Ciao, darlings!

Harro!
Okay, I can only stay a moment, but I promise to come back again before Monday. I just wanted to say that Carlos Dengler (bassist of Interpol, second from right) and Crispin Glover (actor, WILLARD, BACK TO THE FUTURE and CHARLIE'S ANGELS 2) were separated at birth. Yeah. And dude..... Interpol is so flippin' sexy. They're so good, and awesome, and sexy, and rockin'...... Wedge took me to see them Wednesday, which was my 20th birthday, at Austin Music Hall. Oh, God, were they good. And Carlos was so SEXY. Aaaaaaahhhh, sexy red shirt, white tie..... Niiiiiiiiice. Hey, man, if you can read this, you ALL were sexy.... but I kinda latched onto Carlos the most. :D

In today's post, Ginny contemplates the strangeness of the effects of a relationship on one's fanfiction writing.
~*~*~*~
Happy New Year!!!!!!!!
Gawd, I'm coming here less and less, I've noticed. Meh. *>__<* My new years resolution is to come here more often.
Well things have been going smoothly, it looks like. Life is actually really good (brace yourself for a bloody Halmark ad), despite the fact I'm having to re-take this math class I took last semester. A bullet through the face is sounding alot nicer than this stuff again, but anyway. But dude, it's getting me my RTF degree. Don't have the slightest bloody idea how, but it somehow is. I's got's an education, a ride and a man, so I'm pretty dern happy. XD; Heh heh heh. The first one is, eh. I can't judge yet since I've only been through one day. The second KICKS @$$. But the third, ladies and gentlemen, blows the other two so clear outa the water it ain't even funny. I mean, do you find it disturbingly wierd that since I've obtained said man I've not written virtually any fanfiction? Like, period??? Why is that? 'Cos it's really weirding me out, guys. I've been WRITING, but I've not been writing any FANFICTION. And I was usually all over that like flies on s***. It's weird what relationships will do to ya. Anyway. :D I love my guy, he rocks. Tonight --or, well, the night of the tenth, since it's now the early morning hours of the 11th -- he helped us put up my stepmom's surround sound and got himself covered in that pink insulating crap, and then re-busted up his already bruised rib, which, from coughing too hard, he had managed to dislocate from the cartililage. :( Sadness. He came down from the attic and I could tell he wasn't feelin' too good and I said, "A'ight, baby, somethin' ain't right. That's all the work you're doing for right now. I'm getting you some water."
Anyway, I really must run now. More later. I promise. V. cool weekend to talk about. :D Oh, and don't forget to remind me to tell you about the two giant craters in my thumb. Nasty, ugly and uncomfortable.
